Mission Provide accessible, safe, efficient, and effective addiction treatment services.
Vision Instill hope and improve behavioral health, social relationships, and physical well-being through person-centered care.
Purpose Comply with federal and state regulations, and assist consumers in achieving self-care and independence. Focus on symptom self-management, independent living skills, and community reintegration.

GOALS, ACTIONS & TARGETS

GOAL 1: RESIDENTS Enhance and maintain quality services for people with drug and alcohol addiction issues.
  • Annually evaluate and maintain admission criteria
  • Increase skilled therapeutic groups and staff expertise
  • Improve the number of successful treatment completions
  • Expand community-based services
GOAL 3: STAFF LEARNING AND GROWTH Establish and maintain a workforce that meets organizational needs.
  • Provide continuing education to improve competencies
  • Ensure staff remain in good standing with licensing boards
  • Track compliance and provide mandatory trainings
GOAL 4: PERFORMANCE EXCELLENCE Continually improve business practices and process efficiency.
  • Obtain and maintain CARF accreditation and DHH license
  • Evaluate effectiveness, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and program access
GOAL 5: MARKETING AND OUTREACH Increase resident admissions and improve census.
